As transfer team of the PP 1239 it is our task to support and perform the transfer of innovative materials and technologies into the industry. Therefore the transfer team provides advice regarding the analysis, preparation and communication of scientific results of the PP for the involved project groups as well as for the industry.
First of all the communication among the PP participants and the industry is to be amended. Therefore we organize frequent meetings in order to make the projects more transparent. It is of high interest to provide transparency concerning the goals and content of the PP for all project partners. Interdiciplinary communication between engineers and physicists shall lead to a successful expoitation of the results and later on shall simplify the launch onto the market.

Furthermore, as mediators we create flyers and brochures about the PP 1239 and we will organize trade-booth-shows such as at the ACTUATOR 2008 in Bremen. We identify potential industrial partners, build communities of interests and organize round-table meetings to give you the opportunity to discuss possible transfer options. Additionally, we answer queries from industry and research institutes, provide the contacts and organize the knowledge exchange between you and the project members of PP 1239.
